Temp 84 High 90 And it hasn't rained in a week 
I did manage to accomplish something between the bouts of strep and conjunctivitis. 
These are the curtains I made for the windows by the front stairs. The windows used to have heavy, lined drapes that matched the livingroom drapes. My biggest complaint was that they covered the woodwork. If you are going to have an old house with original woodwork, why cover it up with heavy drapes? 
Especially in the enrty, they, and the drapes over the sidelights, made that room so dark. Next curtains getting made are ones for the sidelights. I am tired of the little neighbor girl looking in the windows and driving the dogs bonkers. 
We are planning on taking the kids to Colorado to see the Grands early next month. I know Greg wants to go and stay a while, but I don't know if I can do that. Its too early and I will just get depressed.
I am going to call in the kids, give them their baths and send them off to bed. Then I am going to relax, maybe stitch. Take it easy all!
