Entry for December 18, 2006

  Just a quick update. Thank you for the kind words about my back. It is feeling better, but I still have some stiffness. I did manage to get some cookie baked this past weekend. And I can now do some housework. Oh thank you (heavy scarcasm) lol. Of course, sleeping hasn't been comfortable, so I slept funny and now my neck is stiff, too. I look like Igor, head cocked to one side, limping around all stooped over. If it didn't hurt to do it, I would laugh my a$$ off. I will have all three kids home after Wed, so I have to be feeling better by then.

I finally have Pogo back. I didn't realize how I missed it.

I decided to keep with the Renoir theme. This one is "Girl Tatting". I like it too. Renoir is usually not my favorite, but the more I have studied, the more I have learned to appreciate his work. I still lean more to Baroque, Expressionism and Art Nouveau, especially Mucha.

Not much else. I am finishing up "The First 48" and then I am heading off to be. Y'all have a good evening!
