I have been able to finally get these shirts done for the kids. I was waiting for the thread that is on the inside of the eyes, nose and mouth. It glows in the dark, brightly and for quite a while if you let it sit in the light. i am thinking I may do some more gifts for family this year.
I had a birthday earlier this week. I got a gift card for the LNS in Littleton, FanciMats. I haven't been there. The day I planned on going, I was going to go to the African Violet shop in Englewood. But, I didn't pay any attention and Violet Showcase is closed on Tuesday. I got annoyed with myself and went home. So, tomorrow, I plan on dropping the kids off at school and heading over to Littleton. Not sure if I will get anything, but it will be nice to browse.
My Aunt Lu sent me a charm bracelet that I believe was my Grandma's. It has charms with pictures of all the grand kids and two of the families. And my Grandma's nursing pin.
I also got to talk to two of my best friends, Susan and Joan. I miss them both and have been trying to make a concerted effort to keep in touch.
Not much else going on. Lil Miss is now riding her bike sans training wheels, and really starting to pick up on her reading. Greg is enjoying his job, but is working too hard sometimes. Patrick and Bekah both made the academic achievement board (like the honor roll). We have conferences tomorrow so I will be able to get a more complete picture.
Well, I guess that's all I have going on. Talk to you all later.

Cute pumpkin
wow that's a lot!! what a busy family you have, Julie and such fun. I am so glad that school is going well and that you enjoyed your gift.
Cute pattern and I'm sure she likes the glow thread. Are you anywhere near Granby? I worked at a dude ranch there as a teenager and Littleton sounds familiar.
Granby is up in the mountains, WNW of Boulder. Littleton is south of Denver. I am in Aurora, ESE of Denver. Granby is where that guy went off his rocker, built himself an armored bulldozer and tried to bulldoze the town down. That is all I know of Granby, lol
