Here is Northern Shield, completely matted and framed. I laced it up on Friday night while watching "I Am Legend" I picked up the mat at a local glass/framing/rv shop in town, Carroll Glass. They were so helpful, and I am loving the subtly colored mat she helped me pick out. I am going to stop hitting Hobby Lobby for mat board, unless they have a sale
Hope you all had a great Easter. I had to work and arranged to get off a bit early so I could go to see the kids do the family egg hunt at 3. Then it got moved up and I missed it... I was pretty bummed. But the kids had fun and the Easter bunny was good to them. They all got a couple of t-shirts and a stuffed bunny and, of course, the obligatory candy.
Work has been ok. No big changes. I still don't like cleaning patient rooms, but what are you gonna do?
With the upheaval and changes in Greg's schedule, my schedule got off and I have gained a few pounds back. So hopefully I can get back on track.
The house is a shambles, so I am going to do 15 mins in each room. Might not make it absolutely fantastic, but it will be better. I also want to clean out my car and vacuum it. I have a trellis to paint, a rose bush to plant, the back yard needs picked up.
And as a final send off, massive cuteness. The kittens are three weeks old. They are starting to toddle around on their feet, rather than scooting around like seals.
Well, I am off to start on the bathroom. Its the room that needs the least work, so I figured I would start with some place that gave me quick results and a sense of accomplishment. Later all!

What darling babies. And congrats to you on the finish!!
ahhh, Julie, cleaning the patient's rooms can be far better than cleaning the patient's hiney's! Unless of course there's a major flu bug whipping thru the building! Then we aides get to assist you - alot! Chin up, you get to come home to the baby furbabies!
The kitties are adorable.
