Alex Cross has two killers focusing on him in this book. I wish Patterson had put a little of their focus into the writing. There were some "yeah, riiiight" plot twists and some of the SSDD (same sh*t, different day) kind of thing going on. It has the feel of being phoned in by Patterson. Still, with this less than stellar book, there is some good mind candy, a quick treat that I didn't have to think too much about.

Bissell Healthy Home Vaccuum

Not the vacuum I sen't my husband out for. When my Hoover WindTunnel died after 10 years of service, Greg went to WallyWorld for "a bagged Hoover" I have had good luck with Hoovers and I preferred to be able to toss bags if needed. So this is what my husband brought home. Neither Hoover, nor bagged. WW apparently doesn't carry bagged vacs unless its the real cheapies. And he picked the Bissell because the replacement filters are cheaper than the others.
All this said, I was pretty pleased with the performance of the vacuum. It sucks, in a good way. It is a bit tippy and too heavy to easily take up stairs. And it lacks an upholstery attachment, opting instead for the turbo brush. I miss the upholstery attachment. But it does have a nice long hose and a telescoping wand, but there seems to be a loss of suction when you use them.
I also have a complaint albiet a small one, about the location of the power switch and the switch for turning the beater bar off. I find myself hitting them on accident all the time. I know its just a matter of learning the machine, but perhaps a slider switch would have been a better choice?

A. The Surgeon by Tess Gerritsen.  Reading Darkest Evening of the Year by Dean Koontz and The Horse that God Built.  Don't remember the author is, but it the story of Secretariat and his groom and their relationship.

A. Libra

8.)Q. Any Tattoos and/or Piercings?

A. Four tats and my ears are pierced twice.  I want my nose pierced, just a tiny stud on the side.

A.  I can't leave hang nails alone.

A. If I knew you on sight, yes.  And I have given a ride to a lady and her little girl from WalMart home when they locked thier keys in their car.

A.  HOCKEY!!

A.Depends on if I am on my meds..

A.  Talk.

A.  My grandpa dying when I was 8 or 9, my dad dying when I was 12 and my mom dying 10 years ago.

A.  If my feet get cold, I am cold.  There is no warming up until the feet feel warm.

A. Not sure.  I think some places retain "memories" of things and you need to be sensitive to key into them.  But I belive once you die, you move on.

A. What spare time:)  Cross Stitch, garden, sew, tat, knit, crochet, read, play pogo...

A. Not a lot anymore, with the kids, but if I do it ends up being a doozy.

A.  Too many to list.  At work, its people who don't do their work.
